Today, this calamity is so out of control that it has become a national priority and requires the cooperation of all institutions and individuals of the nation. This crisis should not be underestimated. In the words of Sheikh Ajal: “The head of the spring may be filled with a shovel / Chou may be filled and passed to the elephant”. The first step in controlling this crisis is transparency with the people. Avoiding giving false information and unrealistic claims and narcissism are the reasons for gaining the public trust of the people in accompanying the nation with programs to control this blast. The second step is to use the theories of elites and modern science and a successful model in controlling this global catastrophe. Lack of transparency and the spread of superstition in this area has led to public distrust of the disease control programs. The spread of superstitions and misinformation in this field must be fought hard. The Ministry of Health and Medical Education, as the custodian of the country’s health, is at the forefront of the fight against Crohn’s disease. Unfortunately, in a situation where this disease has become a national super-crisis due to previous opportunities, all means must be used to control the disease. The new minister of this ministry is expected to provide the necessary facilities and measures to control this crisis by carefully assessing the depth of this crisis and transparency in this regard. This crisis can not be contained by instructions and protocol alone. Ensuring the implementation of programs based on scientific evidence and accountability and accountability are essential tools to alleviate this scourge and gain the public trust of the people to accompany and comply with the protocol and vaccination program.
